Terms of Service
Last updated 1 November 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Plutos for using the Plutos website (plutosapp.eu), the Plutos web app and the Plutos desktop app. We wrote them in plain English. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Our Data Processing Agreement, which is part of these terms, covers the personal data of the people you reach with Plutos.
1. Who we are
Plutos is run by Joseph Karaosman, in Rhodes, Greece. Plutos is being registered as a business; its registered name, address and VAT number will be shown here once it is. In these terms, Plutos, we and us mean the operator of Plutos named in this section. You means the person or business that uses Plutos.
You can reach us at support@plutosapp.eu.
By creating an account, starting a free trial or buying a plan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Plutos.
2. What Plutos does
Plutos is an outreach app for anyone who sells a service. You describe who you want to reach, and Plutos:
- searches public sources for businesses and creators that fit: Google Maps, the Meta Ad Library, and public Instagram and TikTok profiles;
- grades what it finds and looks for the phone numbers, email addresses and social handles those businesses and creators publish;
- writes message templates and versions with AI, for you to edit and approve;
- sends the messages you approve from your own accounts: Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp messages through Plutos Ban-Shield, the Plutos desktop app on your computer; and email from your own mailbox and domain;
- gives you a call list and a call script for calls you make yourself, from your own phone;
- brings replies into one inbox and, if you switch it on, answers people who message your accounts first (Customer support).
Outreach never goes out without you. Every batch of messages to the people you found waits for your approval, and so does every answer to their replies. The only messages that can go out without a tap each time are Customer support answers to people who wrote to you first, in wording you approved, and never to people your outreach contacted.
3. Who can use Plutos
You must be at least 18 years old. Businesses and individuals can use Plutos.
If you accept these terms for a business or another organization, you confirm that you may bind it, and you in these terms includes it.
If you buy as a person at checkout (not as a business), or the law where you live treats you as a consumer, you have the extra rights these terms describe for consumers, and every right the law gives you. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away.
4. Your account and your team
You sign in with a code we email you, a passkey, or your Google account. Plutos accounts have no password. Keep your email account and your devices secure, because access to them gives access to Plutos.
Give us true and current information, including the sender name and postal address that go into your emails.
The owner of a workspace controls its plan, billing, connected accounts, exports and team. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what the people you invite do there.
Tell us at once at support@plutosapp.eu if you think someone has got into your account without your permission.
5. You are the sender
Every message Plutos sends goes out from your accounts, in your name, to people you chose to contact. You are the sender of each message and the controller of the personal data of the people in your leads. We handle that data for you, as your processor, under our Data Processing Agreement.
You are responsible for:
- having the right to contact each person, on each channel, under the law of the country where they are;
- following the consent and opt-out rules for email, messages and calls that apply to you and to them;
- giving people the privacy information the law requires. In the EU and the UK this usually means telling them, at the latest in your first message, who you are, where you found their details, why you are contacting them and how they can object;
- stopping at once when someone says no, unsubscribes or objects;
- the content of every message, template and answer you approve;
- following the terms of every platform and email provider you use.
The rules differ by country and by channel. Some countries require prior consent before marketing emails or messages, even to businesses, and some treat sole traders like private individuals. Plutos does not check whether you may contact a particular person. If you are unsure, get legal advice for the countries where you sell. Nothing Plutos shows you is legal advice.
Plutos helps you stay careful: it stops all outreach from your workspace to anyone who replies with an opt-out, checks your Never contact list before every send, adds your sender name, postal address and an unsubscribe link to every email, sends only inside the hours and caps you see in Send, and lets you erase a person on request. These tools help. They do not make a message lawful if sending it is not.
6. Platform risk: Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp
Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp set their own rules. Their terms restrict automated use of their services, and WhatsApp expects people to have agreed to hear from a business before it messages them. Sending through Plutos, especially cold messages, may break those rules.
Any platform can warn, limit, suspend or close your accounts or your WhatsApp number at any time, for its own reasons. Plutos cannot prevent this and does not promise that it will not happen. No tool can promise that an account is never limited.
Plutos is built to lower the risk: a warm-up for every account, daily caps that grow week by week, sending hours in the recipient's time zone, gaps between messages, and an automatic pause at the first warning. WhatsApp has a low daily cap of its own; use a separate number, never your main one. Your Safety guide in the app shows the recommended caps and tips for each account.
Before the first send on each channel and account, you type a confirmation that you accept the risk. We recommend a separate account for cold outreach, and keeping your main account for customers and replies. If you use your main account for cold outreach, set caps above the recommended numbers, or ignore the tips, the extra risk to your account is yours.
These protections cover only the messages Plutos sends. What you do in your accounts outside Plutos, or with a changed copy of the desktop app, is outside them.
We may pause any channel or account at any time to protect you, the people you contact, other customers or Plutos.
A platform restriction of one of your accounts ends the money back for that period (section 12).
7. Acceptable use
You must not use Plutos to:
- send spam or blasts: the same message to large numbers of people, or messages to people who have no reason to hear from you;
- harass, threaten, mislead or impersonate anyone, or keep contacting someone who said no;
- send content that is illegal where it is sent or received, hateful or sexually explicit, or that infringes anyone's rights;
- contact anyone you know or suspect is under 18;
- run account farms or networks: many accounts made or bought to send more, fake identities, or tools that hide who is really sending;
- reconnect an account that a platform restricted in order to get around that restriction;
- ignore opt-outs, objections or your Never contact list, or remove the unsubscribe link from emails;
- collect or use data that is not public, get around logins or privacy settings, or collect sensitive data about anyone, such as their health, religion, sex life, political views or criminal record;
- sell, publish or hand over the lead data Plutos finds as a list or database. You may use it for your own outreach and, if you are an agency, for your clients' outreach;
- resell or share access to Plutos without our written agreement;
- start more than one free trial, or use several accounts to get around limits;
- copy, reverse engineer, overload or probe Plutos, try to reach other customers' data, or try to make Plutos's AI break its rules;
- break sanctions or export laws.
If you break these rules, we may pause sending, or suspend or close your account (section 15).
8. AI-written content and automatic answers
Plutos uses AI (Anthropic's Claude) to set up your audiences, turn your description into search filters, write message versions, suggest answers, sort replies, judge whether creators fit, and run Customer support. AI can be wrong, out of date or unsuitable for your market.
Read every message before you approve it. When you approve a template, its examples or a batch, you approve those words as your own. Make sure every claim about your offer, prices and results is true.
Customer support answers by itself only after you approve its instructions and three example answers and switch it on for an account. It answers only from the facts you gave it, hands over what it cannot answer, and never answers people your outreach contacted. By default it tells people they are talking to an automatic assistant. Keep that on wherever the law requires people to be told they are talking to AI.
Grades and their reasons are our software's opinion, based on public data. They are not facts about any business or person.
9. The free trial
The free trial lasts 7 days. Everything works on small limits: up to 25 leads found, 1 audience, 10 AI-written messages, sending on the normal week-1 ramp, and 1 seat. Not in the trial: export, WhatsApp, paid contact lookups and inviting teammates. Contact details are partly hidden in lists during the trial.
Before any message sends in the trial, you verify your phone number with a text message code and add a card.
To add a card, you choose a plan in our payment provider's checkout. Nothing is charged during the trial. The plan starts, and you are charged, when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. We email you 3 days before the first charge.
One trial per person. To apply this, we check the email address, Google account, phone number, payment card, device and network used. A repeat trial gets no free leads, and disposable email addresses are refused. Unusual activity can pause a trial while we check it, and we answer by email within 1 working day.
If the trial ends without a plan, sending stops, your workspace stays readable for 30 days, and then its data is deleted.
10. Plans, credits and add-ons
Plans: Starter at $49 a month, or $490 a year; Growth at $129 a month; Agency at $249 a month. Add-ons are priced on our pricing page. Prices are in US dollars, before VAT.
Plans differ only in how much you can use: credits, AI credits, audiences, connected accounts and seats. The limits are on our pricing page and in Settings > Plan and billing. The prices and limits shown when you buy or renew are the ones that apply. The Agency plan allows up to 50 audiences.
Credits pay for searches and contact lookups. AI credits pay for AI-written messages and AI answers. The setup chat is free. Every search shows how many credits it will use and runs only after you approve it, and you can set a monthly credit limit. Each month's credits and AI credits are for that month and do not carry over.
There is no quota on messages sent. Each connected account is limited by its own daily caps instead (section 6).
Packs add credits or AI credits. A pack is used after your monthly allowance and stays valid for 12 months from purchase. Add-ons, such as extra account slots and seats, are billed monthly with your plan.
While searches in your workspace run on your own Apify account (shown in Settings > Accounts), Apify bills you directly for those searches under its own terms, and the same Plutos limits still apply.
11. Payment, taxes and renewals
You pay by card through Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. You authorize us to charge your card for each renewal and for the add-ons you choose.
Taxes: if you buy as a business and give a valid VAT or business number, you see the tax that applies before you pay. For an EU business outside Greece with a valid VAT number this is usually the reverse charge, so you account for the VAT yourself. Buyers in Greece pay Greek VAT. If you buy as a person in the EU, the price you see before paying includes your country's VAT. Other taxes apply where the law requires them. Every payment comes with a receipt or invoice, and every refund with a credit note.
Changing plan: an upgrade starts at once, and you see the prorated amount before you confirm. A downgrade starts at your next renewal. If you use more than the lower plan allows, you choose what to keep, and the rest is paused, not deleted.
If a payment fails, we email you and sending stops until it is fixed. You can still read your workspace for a short time. If the payment is not fixed, we may cancel your plan.
If you dispute a payment with your bank, sending stops and your workspace becomes read and export only while the dispute is open. Please write to us first; we would rather fix it with you.
We tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
12. Money back, prorated by use
Money back within 30 days of your first payment, prorated by use. You get back 100% minus the largest share you used of any allowance in that period (credits, AI credits), rounded down to the nearest 5%. Use counts across every workspace billed through your plan, whichever key ran it, and the percent applies to every subscription payment in that period, plan and add-ons. Example: you used 62% of your AI credits and less of everything else, so you get back 35%. No money back when a platform restricts one of your accounts. After 30 days, cancel any time and your plan runs to the end of the period.
On a yearly plan, the months not started yet come back in full, and the percent applies to your first month. Packs bought in the 30 days come back by the share you have not used.
Settings > Plan and billing shows what you would get back if you canceled today. We work the amount out again at the moment you cancel; if it has changed, we show you the new amount and ask you to confirm. Money back goes to the card you paid with, with a credit note.
A platform restricts one of your accounts means that a platform disabled, suspended or restricted an account or WhatsApp number you connected to Plutos during those 30 days, as shown by the platform's own signals: for example a disabled or restricted account page, or Meta reporting your number as banned or restricted. A pause by Plutos's safety caps, or a drop in WhatsApp's quality rating, is not a platform restriction.
If a friend's first payment is refunded within the 30 days, any unused Refer and earn credit it gave the person who referred them is removed.
This money back is on top of your legal rights, including the right to withdraw in section 13. It does not reduce them.
13. Your right to withdraw (EU consumers)
If you buy as a person and live in the EU, you can withdraw from a paid plan within 14 days of the day it starts, or from a pack within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason.
To withdraw, cancel in Settings > Plan and billing, or send us a clear statement at support@plutosapp.eu. For example: I withdraw from my contract for the Plutos (plan name) plan, started on (date). Add your name and the email address of your account.
At checkout you ask us to start your plan at once, by ticking Start my plan now. So if you withdraw, you pay for the part of the service we provided before you withdrew, and we refund the rest within 14 days of your notice, to the card you paid with. We work out that part the same way as the money back in section 12. The platform restriction rule in section 12 does not apply to withdrawal.
14. Cancelling
You can cancel any time in Settings > Plan and billing. Only the workspace owner can cancel, and Plutos asks you to confirm with a recent sign-in.
If you cancel within 30 days of your first payment, you get the money back in section 12, and your plan ends when it is paid.
If you cancel later, your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not refund the rest of that period, except where the law requires it.
After your plan ends, you can read and export your workspace for 30 days. Then its data is deleted.
15. Suspension and ending
We may pause sending, or suspend or close your account, if: you break these terms, especially section 7; your use puts people, platforms, other customers or Plutos at risk; a payment fails or is disputed; the law or an authority requires it; or a trial looks like a way around the one-trial rule.
We tell you why and what you can do about it, unless the law or a safety reason stops us. Where the problem is not serious, we first give you a chance to fix it. While your account is suspended, reading and export stay open where we can allow it.
If we close your account for a reason that is not your breach of these terms, we refund the unused part of any period you paid for in advance.
If we ever stop offering Plutos, we tell you at least 30 days before, give you time to export, and refund the unused part of any period you paid for in advance.
You can stop using Plutos at any time.
16. Your data: export and deletion
Your content stays yours. For the personal data of the people in your leads, you are the controller and we are your processor, under our Data Processing Agreement. Our Privacy Policy covers the data we hold about you.
On a paid plan, the workspace owner can export leads and replies as a spreadsheet file, within the daily and monthly export limits shown in the app. The file can be downloaded for 24 hours, while signed in. Export is not part of the free trial.
The workspace owner can erase a person from the workspace at any time with Erase this person. Their details are deleted. Only a one-way code made from their contact details is kept, so that no one in your workspace contacts them again.
To delete your account, write to us at support@plutosapp.eu. We delete it within 30 days, except for records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
When a plan or trial ends, your workspace data is deleted 30 days later, as described above. Copies in our database provider's backups are overwritten as those backups expire.
Plutos is not a backup service. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
17. Plutos Ban-Shield, the desktop app
Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp messages go out through Plutos Ban-Shield, the Plutos desktop app for Windows and Mac. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it on computers you control, only with your Plutos account and while your account is active. We keep all other rights in it.
The app uses your own Google Chrome, with a separate profile for each connected account, kept apart from your normal browsing. You log in to each platform yourself in that window. Plutos never sees or stores your password, and your login sessions stay on your computer.
After login, the app works in the background. It starts with your computer unless you turn that off in its menu. Your computer must be on and online during your sending hours for those messages to go out. You can pause and resume it from your phone or laptop, and we tell you when it goes offline.
The app takes one instruction at a time from our servers and does nothing else on its own. We can pause or stop it at any time, for example to protect your account. It updates itself from Plutos, and versions that are too old stop sending until they update.
Do not modify, decompile or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it, and do not use it with accounts you do not own or control.
If something goes wrong, the app keeps screenshots of the error on your computer for 7 days. They are sent to us only if you press Send to support.
You can uninstall the app at any time. Deleting its profile folder removes the saved logins from your computer.
The platforms change their apps and websites often. A change can stop the desktop app from working until we update it.
18. Other companies' services
Plutos works with services run by other companies: Meta (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and the Meta Ad Library), TikTok, Google (Maps data, sign-in and Gmail), Microsoft (Outlook), your email provider, Apify (data collection), Anthropic (AI) and Stripe (payments). When you connect your own accounts with them, their terms apply between you and them.
Customer support reads and answers your chats through Plutos Ban-Shield on your computer, the same way your messages are sent.
We are not responsible for other companies' services, their outages, changes, prices or decisions. If one of them changes or withdraws something Plutos depends on, a feature may change or stop. We tell you, and if a paid feature you rely on stops for good, you can cancel and get back the unused part of any period you paid for in advance.
Lead data comes from public sources and can be wrong or out of date.
19. Refer and earn, and partners
Refer and earn: share your invite link from Settings. For each friend who subscribes through it and whose first payment succeeds, you get 20% of your own plan price off your next renewal. Credit from several friends adds up to at most your whole renewal, and anything left over carries to the next one. It is account credit only, never cash. Referring yourself, or a workspace with the same owner, does not count. If a friend's payment is refunded within 30 days, unused credit from it is removed, and we may remove credit gained by abuse.
Partners earn cash commission under a separate partner agreement, sent when we accept an application. In short: 30% of every payment for as long as each customer you bring keeps paying, from their first payment, the same for every partner; paid monthly once your balance reaches $50, after a 45-day hold; refunds and chargebacks take back the matching commission; one level only; no self-referral, no ads on the Plutos name, no earnings claims or income screenshots, and no spam. We give 30 days' notice of changes, and commission already earned is always paid. Partners are responsible for their own taxes.
20. Intellectual property
Plutos, including its software, desktop app, website, designs, name and logo, belongs to us or to the people we license it from. You may use it only as these terms allow.
Your content, such as your offer, templates, messages, the lists you add and your Customer support instructions, stays yours. You give us a license to store, copy, process and send it only to run Plutos for you and to keep backups. We do not use your content or your leads to train AI models, and we never share them with other customers.
Between you and us, you may use the AI-written text Plutos produces for you as you like. Similar text may be produced for others, and you are responsible for checking that what you send does not infringe anyone's rights.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
We claim no ownership of the public business data Plutos finds. Others may have rights in it, so use it lawfully.
21. What we promise, and what we do not
We provide Plutos with reasonable care and skill, and we fix faults we know about within a reasonable time. We aim to keep Plutos available at all times, but it can be interrupted for maintenance, by faults, or by outages at the services it depends on.
We do not promise results: not a number of leads, accurate contact details, delivery of every message, replies, meetings or sales, and not that any account stays free of platform limits.
If you are a consumer and Plutos does not match these terms, you have legal rights to have it fixed, to a price reduction, or to end the contract. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
22. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including for intent, gross negligence, fraud, death or personal injury, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
If you use Plutos for your business, and as far as the law allows: we are not liable for lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data or accounts, or for indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability for all claims in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in those 12 months, or $100 if you paid nothing.
If you are a consumer, we are liable for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, that you caused, or that comes from a platform's own decision about your account where Plutos followed these terms and your settings.
If you use Plutos for your business, you will cover our reasonable costs from claims by others, such as people you contacted, platforms or authorities, that arise from messages you approved, your content, or your breach of the law or these terms.
Neither of us is liable for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control, such as outages of internet or cloud providers, platform changes, natural disasters or acts of authorities.
23. Changes to Plutos and to these terms
We improve Plutos all the time. We do not materially reduce what your paid plan includes during a period you have paid for, unless the law, security or another company's change makes us. If that happens, we tell you, and you can cancel and get back the unused part of any period you paid for in advance.
We may change these terms for good reasons: changes in the law, in platforms' rules or in our providers, changes to Plutos's features or prices, to make them clearer, or to prevent abuse. We tell you about important changes by email or in the app at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then and get back the unused part of any period you paid for in advance. Changes the law requires, or that stop abuse, may apply sooner.
The date at the top shows the latest version. The app may ask you to accept a new version when you next sign in.
24. Law and disputes
Greek law governs these terms. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live.
If you use Plutos for your business, the courts of Greece decide disputes.
Please talk to us first at support@plutosapp.eu; we try to settle any complaint within 30 days. Consumers in Greece can also contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr), and consumers elsewhere in the EU can use the out-of-court dispute bodies in their own country.
25. General
These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Data Processing Agreement and the confirmations you give in the app, such as the typed risk confirmations, are the whole agreement between us about Plutos.
If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right at once, we can still enforce it later.
You may not transfer your account or these terms without our written agreement. We may transfer them to a company that takes over Plutos, for example if we form a company to run it. We tell you first, and your rights under these terms stay the same.
We send notices to the email address of your workspace owner. You can send notices to us at support@plutosapp.eu.
These terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version applies, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
26. Contact
